The Shuttle™ is ultra portable. It doesn't use dry ice. It's lightweight but rugged. It's whisper quiet. It doesn't use refrigeration compressors. It uses something different, better, smarter, generating uniform interior temperature ±0.75°C top-to-bottom.

It's green, environmentally friendly and energy optimized, uses a maximum of 150 watts, about the same as a large conventional light bulb. It uses less power as it reaches its low temperature of -86°C where it runs most efficiently. It operates on 120V or 220V, AC, and 12V, DC power (military 24V, DC optional).

SU105U -86C Undercounter. Benchtop. Stackable. Stirling Ultracold introduces the Stirling SU105U ultra low freezer a spacious 3.7 cu.ft. (105 liter) cabinet that delivers stable, uniform -86°C storage at a fraction of the operating cost of conventional cascade refrigeration systems.

Unique The SU105U combines the performance of a unique free-piston Stirling engine with an efficient, thin-wall vacuum insulated cabinet to deliver high-performance ultra low storage capacity in an undercounter, benchtop or stacked cabinet configuration.

Energy Efficient The ultra low freezer operates on standard 115V, 60Hz AC. Power demand at -86°C is typically 150 watts, nominal. The HummTM self-modulating cooling system demands only 230 watts at ambient start-up and decreases for most efficiency at its lowest operating temperature.

HUMM™ Free-Piston Stirling Technology and Thermosiphon Energy Transfer The Shuttle™ operates without costly refrigeration compressors or noisy cascade systems associated with ultralow temperature storage. Shuttle™ is an elegantly simple application that combines the Stirling Ultracold HUMM™ free-piston Stirling technology with a thermosiphon or "heat pipe" that contains no moving parts, all integrated into a rugged, lightweight cabinet with weatherproof electronic controls.
